Weekly or fortnightly through the growing season.
Hedge trimming
Cut outside nesting season, shaped to keep the light in.
Border tidying
Weeding, edging and mulching so beds hold their shape.
Leaf clearance
Cleared before they mat down and kill the grass.
Fence & shed painting
Treated in dry spells so it actually soaks in.
Overgrown clearance
Taken back to usable, then kept that way.
